Ingredients
- 16 Ounces Bonless, Skinless chicken breast
- 14 Ounces Chopped Tomatoes
- 4 whole Oranges Peeled/chopped into small pieces
- 2 whole Lemons Juice only
- as desired Basil fresh or dried

Instructions
- Heat skillet to medium
- Add chicken & sprinkle with salt and pepper and lemon juice
- add water if needed
- Cook 6 minutes and add tomatoes/oranges/basil
- Simmer on low for 15 minutes, turn over & cook until done
- Great served on lettuce leaves
