Ingredients
- 16 Ounces Bonless, Skinless chicken breast Sliced thin
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 ounces Onion sliced thin
- 4 T lime juice

- Tip, to cut onion thin cut into quarters lay out 3 or 4 petals and slice thin
- Add all ingredients to a large freezer bag and shake/knead
- Freeze or marinate in fridge for at least 4 hours (if freezing, take out the day before you use it so it can marinate)
- Cook in skillet over med heat...I like to kick up the heat to high after it is "done" to crisp the edges a bit.
- Serve over 8 ounces of lettuce or 4 ounces lettuce "shells" with 4 ounces of pico
