Chicken Fajitas

Chicken Fajitas

    Instructions
    1. Tip, to cut onion thin cut into quarters lay out 3 or 4 petals and slice thin
    2. Add all ingredients to a large freezer bag and shake/knead
    3. Freeze or marinate in fridge for at least 4 hours (if freezing, take out the day before you use it so it can marinate)
    4. Cook in skillet over med heat...I like to kick up the heat to high after it is "done" to crisp the edges a bit.
    5. Serve over 8 ounces of lettuce or 4 ounces lettuce "shells" with 4 ounces of pico
