Ingredients
- 16 Ounces Bonless, Skinless chicken breast tenderized & chopped in 1 inch pieces
- 4 Tablespoons Braggs Liquid Amino
- 2 whole Oranges Juiced with pulp
- 1-2 Tablespoons Fresh Ginger Crushed/chopoped finely or use dried
- 2 Ounces chopped Onion
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons water

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and let marinate in fridge overnight (or freeze in a large bag, when ready to use set in fridge the day before)
- Throw 14 ounces of cabbage (sliced thin) into skillet with chicken/marinade and cover/cook on med heat until done.
- Kick up the heat to high and "crisp" the edges
- Enjoy! You can also just cook the chicken without the cabbage.
