Chicken Chili

Chicken Chili
This is my STAPLE! I love it because it easily freezes and is my protein & veggies both together in one scrumptious meal. Great in glad ware containers for lunch at work. I think I will eat this recipe forever!

    1. I cook my chicken in the crockpot on low for about 4-6 hours until it is done/easy to shred. I add a bit of water and season with garlic powder, salt, pepper and whatever other spices I want. After it is done/cool, I cut it up into small pieces.
    2. Cook onions and garlic, add cooked chicken and stir.
    3. Stir in veggies and water.
    4. Add spices and simmer.
    5. Add as many (no sugar) spices as you like. And experiment. I like mine really spicy so the more the better. This large batch is wonderful for freezing in individual frozen servings.
