Ingredients
- 42-48 Ounces Chicken Breast or Ground Beef *see instructions
- 2 Small Cans Tomato Paste no sugar in ingredients (6oz cans)
- 4-8+ Cups water depending on how thick you like it
- 8 Ounces Onion Chopped, or other veggies are fine too
- 2-3 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2-3 tsp Onion Powder
- 2-4 tsp Chili Powder
- 1+ tsp Oregano
- 1/8 to 1/4 Cup Franks Hot Sauce
- 2 Packets Stevia
- to taste Cayenne pepper
- to taste Salt & Pepper

- I cook my chicken in the crockpot on low for about 4-6 hours until it is done/easy to shred. I add a bit of water and season with garlic powder, salt, pepper and whatever other spices I want. After it is done/cool, I cut it up into small pieces.
- Cook onions and garlic, add cooked chicken and stir.
- Stir in veggies and water.
- Add spices and simmer.
- Add as many (no sugar) spices as you like. And experiment. I like mine really spicy so the more the better. This large batch is wonderful for freezing in individual frozen servings.
