Ingredients
- 16 Ounces Bonless, Skinless chicken breast
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup water

- add water to Crock-pot, sprinkle with spices (you can use any approved spices, get creative!) and bake on low for 4-6 hours until it shreds nicely, this is great for the chili or with a side of the BBQ sauce and a side salad.
