Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps
This is one of my favorites when I am trying to eat super lean. I like to have all of my Chicken diced in a large ziplock freezer bag with the "sauce" in a small freezer bag taped to the large one..This way, it's easy to freeze and have a "no thought needed supper.."

Ingredients
- 16 ounces Chicken Diced in 1 inch pieces
- 12 ounces Veggies Onions/shreaded cabbage
- 4 ounce Lettuce Leaves (for cups)
- 2 T Braggs Liquid Amino
- 1-2 T Fresh Garlic chopped finely
- Ginger to taste
- pinch Cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 packets Stevia

Instructions
- Brown chicken, add veggies until tender (about 10 min)
- In a bowl mix braggs, garlic, ginger, cayenne, vinegar & stevia
- Add ¼ cup water to veggies in pan and once all the water is evaporated..Add the braggs mixture and kick the heat up to high. Stir until the sauce has reduced and chicken is “browned” I like mine well done!
- Serve with Lettuce Cups
